Hey, remember that two month period where you texted me to talk to me about how you're doing, but you never once asked about me? It's so funny that you have no idea how depressed I've been, or how hard my life has been lately ... because you just have not asked. The shift in the last five months is really intense.
It's probably time to start changing the narrative, Jensen. This does not seem to be a matter of circumstance, but rather who he is.
The thoughts "he's just not that into you" have been racing through my head for weeks. And I tried to shove them down. I tried to "play it cool." But my heart is constantly flip flopping over whether or not he'll actually attend to me today. Whether or not he'll make plans to see me like he's promised. I know he's busy. And that's fine. What I need is for him to communicate with me. And not leave me feeling like I'm constantly begging for his attention ... I've now told him that I need this, and in the interim I am stepping back because it's too hard to do this one sided.
