Teammate Frustration

Have you ever worked on a team, usually for class or something, and split up an essay or creative writing assignment so each of you only has to write part of it? And than when whoever’s job it is to make that sucker sound cohesive looks at it (im that person rn), and you have to try and make the literal illiterate garbage that you’ve been handed into something you might actually have to read to class tomorrow, and not cringe and die? Like, there’s a lack of basic grammar here. They sent me word documents, did they just ignore every attempt by Word’s grammar checker at fixing this shit? it makes obnoxious blue lines, did they literally write it with their eyes closed before sending it off to me?

New Art Sideblog!

The title really says it all. I’m gonna try to post more art there, including doodles and older art from this blog. Right now its set up with a 1/day queue, so it won’t be obnoxious and I don’t have to worry about remembering to update it and check it every day.

Hm. Somethings probably up with my computer. I was trying to work on an Illustrator project, and Illustrator has now crashed 3 times in less than 30 mins. Hmmmmm I just wanted to poke at my homework why does this happen D:

I've fallen behind quite a bit on inktober haven't I? Not that I haven't been drawing, I just usually try to put more finished stuff on here, but I've been busy and uninspired I guess :/ So here is some doodlenotes to tide you guys over some maybe :P

So we made a HomestuckxDnD hybrid...

So college friends convinced me to join their game of homestuck. One of them is working on writing a full on rule book in like a Dungeons and Dragons style, there was a lot of stats and dice rolling. So far we have met once, and all 3 characters made it into our version of the game, SKRUB. Here are some highlights. 

(Players: J, K, and R=myself)

We all had to fight the dorm wifi. Only J had an ether-net cable, and the other two had to go find cables and adapters cause the he would not give up his spare laptop because he was watching Jojo’s Bizzare Adventures on it.

My character had to barter home-made cookies for cables and adapters. Later learns those cookies are the equivalent of butterscotch pie in Undertale.

Had to give a spare copy of the game to J cause his pirated copy didn’t work

I got in a fight with my RA, and allocated my strife-spec to UMBRELLA-KIND.( We could only use things currently in our dorm rooms. J is blade kind with a bamboo practice sword, and K is needle kind with sewing needles.)

(I finished it. Now with minor spoilers!)

F: “Jelly!” *laughs*

G: Dramatic opera music

H: “Do you know how much that cheese cost? We should have just used that money to build a children’s hospital!”

I: Lets build a giant bipedal machine to accomplish my evil goals. This plan will never fail me. 

J: “We... are the good guys, right?”

K: *screams*

I highly recommend giving this movie a watch.
