oh my god this took forever 🫩 BUT ITS DONE!! just before art fight!! and im not even done prepping for artfight but auuahahabhahah shh…

anyways, i’m SUPER excited for laika studios next movie, wildwood, so i wanted to do a little tribute to the studio and its movies :)

this was honestly a really fun challenge for me. i tried my best to replicate the styles of some of the movies, and while i think i could’ve done better, it was still fun to try out. i think the total time for this was…26hrs and 4 minutes? i NEED to get faster at drawing dude 😭

so uh, watch the wildwood trailer if you haven’t. it looks really promising. we are currently 117 days away from the movie being released yes i have been keeping track i’m that excited OH!! no spoilers for wildwood in the tags please!! i want to watch the movie before i read the book.

ok it’s currently almost 2am as i’m typing this (will post later at a reasonable time) i need to shut up and go to bed BYE

Actually, it's more of an animatic, I'm not even doing any frame by frame animation, I just prefer drawing cleanly which takes too long
