Noticed myself exhibiting attention seeking behaviour,,, I think the best way to deal w this is to completely isolate myself from everyone and have as little human interaction as possible!

I just sewed straight through my finger with my sewing machine :) luckily my finger was sideways so it didn't go through the nail. and it wasn't very far in. but oh my god it hurt so bad. a piece broke off and got stuck, my husband had to push it out with tweezers (it was pretty stuck).

wouldn't have been too bad, I think, but unfortunately I get extremely dizzy and lightheaded from anything related to injuries. and it was bleeding a lot. so I could barely think and just felt closer and closer to fainting. I didn't, though!! really proud of myself. first "bad" injury I've had where I didn't faint!

like I said, not bad at all ordinarily, it was fairly superficial. and yes I made my husband take a picture before taking it out, I wanted to look at it lol (everything went fuzzy and white from the dizziness so I couldn't see/make sense of it then)

I did take a Lorazepam pretty quickly because I freak out so bad with this stuff. that's helped a looooot. I'm totally calm,the cold sweat and weird vision and hearing have stopped completely. normally whenever I start thinking about it again it all comes back. so it's nice to just be okay with it now, I can think about it without everything going white, yay :)
