This whole drama thing is ridiculous, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't it true that whenever there is a crime scene minors can not be investigated and or questioned without a parent present? Or even if this isn't a crime scene yet (charges have not been pressed as of now) isn't it just common sense that you do not question children without a parent also? Let's talk about your Miranda Rights. Your Miranda Rights are “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you at no cost. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?” So technically speaking isn't this a crime scene? If this is a crime scene and you are questioning a minor you are in violation of our rights. The right to remain silent. Even if we did say something hinting towards us committing the crime you would have to throw out the statement under "Motion to Suppress Statements".
