Legundo is becoming the main character… He’s the glue holding everyone together by a thread and has sway over two of the vampires that aren’t with town AND is the only one that can potentially cure everyone. Like he holds the key to a very important decision/ending outcome

Been thinking a lot about my scarian casino au and I was surprised that anyone seemed interested in it, so here is the slightly cleaned up version of the premise I rambled to my gf:

This au takes place during the 80s, The clockers own a casino in Las Vegas called The Clock Tower, it’s a London themed casino. Cleo built it in the 60s, but Scar has since taken over as owner. Cleo’s now a famous workout instructor on TV, with a popular line of fitness drinks(why she gave the casino business to Scar). (Cleo is Scar/bdubs mother, Etho's their absent divorced father)

The bad boys are card sharks that frequent the casino, they take small winnings so they can stay under the radar of getting caught. Grian, Jimmy, and Joel are cousins in this. Their family owes a loan shark a lot of money and that’s why they started stealing from the casinos, but when they aren't doing they help run their family's bakery that’s going under(because of the loan shark situation).

Joel gets greedy one day at the casino and Grian takes the fall for him. After getting caught security brings Grian to Scar, Scar offers him a deal to work as a card dealer to work off the money he stole and in exchange Scar wouldn’t press charges, so Grian begrudgingly agrees. Grian’s forced to live at the hotel so Scar can keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't skip out of town before working off his debt. It's a slow burn from there, enemies, to friends, to lovers. Eventually Scar finds out about Grians loan shark problem and is like omg the lone shark after you is my deadbeat father, I can clear that up for you:)

There’s a lot more little things I’ve come up with for this au that I didn’t include here, but this is the gist of it. If people are interested I might share more! Feel free to ask me here or dm me any questions you might have about this au!

Do you think that Louis could have gotten away from the town’s people but he didn’t want to hurt them so he let them kill him. Then owen woke up and slaughtered the town for what they did, making Louis’s sacrifice worthless. Do you ever think about that.

Roman's miscellaneous scarian au ideas he forgot to post about:

-haunted house au. Scar’s a set design for the haunted house and grian is a new actor/costume designer, but he keeps critiquing scars sets unprompted.

-Taxidermist/fisherman au. Fisherman grian/taxidermist scar. Grian catches his his holy grail fish and wants to get it mounted and that’s where he meets scar. Grian runs one those fancy fishing boat tour guide experiences. After their first meeting the two of them make a business deal where grian sends his clients scars way if they want a fish mounted. Scar goes to grians on the regular to pick up and drop off fish and pester him.

-college au. Grians an Architect student that’s about to crash out hard and scar is a law student that works nights at a convent store. Grian comes in every night, buys 3 Red Bulls then leaves and scar is like “this guy looks like he’s on deaths door, does he ever sleep???” But he barely says more then 5 words to scar every time. Scar eventually wears him down enough to him hold a full conversation(dispute grian trying hardest to ignore him) and they find out they get along pretty well.

-the life series as a reality game show hosted by trivia bot. Slightly related idea- Past life as celebrity wife swap

-vampire medical horror au. I have a LOT for this one if you want more explanation then what would fit here

-vampire royalty au. (currently working on a fic for this one actually)

The fight against Cazador goes just about as well as they thought it would, not great. Astarion might be a vampire lord now, but that only causes more problems then it solves.

I don’t think I ever actually made a proper link to this back in the day, but my og astarion/tav fic from 3 years ago! I plan on eventually writing a new longer fic with the same premise, but more in line with full release canon
