Which UPenn residence hall is the best?

It really depends on what you want, but I would say the quad is best for freshmen.  The quad has three houses, Fisher Hassenfeld, Ware, and Riepe. I live in Riepe so I'm a bit biased, but Riepe is pretty awesome :). But with the quad you can't really go wrong, and there are always a ton of awesome freshmen around.  Besides the quad there are the high rises, Harrison, Harnwell, and Rodin (but you can't live in Rodin as a freshman), and these are more apartment style living. They're very nice if you want your own bathroom or kitchen, but not many freshmen are in they, and they're far from where most freshmen live. Besides those are Kings Court and Hill.  Neither have AC, but both have dining halls.  Kings Court has bigger rooms though so people prefer it there.  There are a few other houses, but none of them are very big.  (Riepe is the best!!)
