Just got my right splits flat

STRETCHING !

Alright guys i am now at the point where i can painfully hold my splits for a minute after 30 minutes of stretching. i hope that sooner than later i can go into them without the crippling pain or the fear that i will die LOL. And i'm still curious if the reason i can't fully slide into them from standing position is because i'm on rough carpet or something else. i also cant get into my oversplits , idk whats wrong with me. March is approaching fast and i am terrified for the auditions. All i can do it practice and pray (: Any advice for this struggling gal?
