What if Jacob was discovered by someone other than Eli? (ranking every character by chances of survival)

Hedy — 1/10, I don't think she'll trust him, might even rat on him. Definitely assumes Jacob is an Aberration.

Val — 7/10, she'd be an absolute protective moma bear, immediately reassuring Jacob that's it's okay because Jordan was a prick. Doesn't buy the "dead twin" story and thinks he's an Aberration, but she knows Aberrations! She's a bad liar though, so someone might catch onto them.

Lucas — 10/10, he might not look it but we saw that he's a great liar! He constantly pauses or stutters, so people won't suspect when he needs to stop speaking to think of a good lie. He's also good at electronics, which has helped many times in canon! He's even desperate for a friend, so it would be easy to get on his good side.

Max — 5/10, pretty much a 50/50 on if Jacob can get on his good side, but upon success Max will protect this idiot with his life. This is the beginning of S1, so as far as he knows both Silas and Chadwick are dead and he's uselessly clinging on to hope. Knowing that Jordan is dead too could open up that barely healed scar, but then again, he's blaming Jordan for it in the first place.

Riley — 4/10. Oh Riley my love. She'd be so useless here. She can create a diversion by inviting everyone to games, but what can she do in the field? Will think he's an Aberration, and constantly try to study him. Pray to whatever god you believe in that she doesn't find him asleep in her lab one day and decides to cut him open. That being said I think she'd be very protective and platonically in love this is adorable.

The Novaks — 0/10, it doesn't matter which finds him out, because both will know soon enough. As well as everyone else in existence. They're doing their best, truly, but that's not much help. At least they're taking the dead twin story at face value?

Silas — 6/10, dangerous things are going to happen.

Control — 6/10, okay hear me out. The lady occasionally calling "Jordan" probably already knows. I mean, they did send their goons at him. Maybe they think he's an Aberration and are trying to study him. Or maybe she is the only one who knows and is covering for him! Because she's friends with whatever Aberration she thinks he is! Control is actually his safest bet! Reducting 4 points for risk.

Eloise — 2/10, she'll try. Not much she can do, but Kane is her friend and she will very much try.

Ignatious — 20/10, he is now their adopted child. They carry him around everywhere and announce "here comes Jordan!" each time in case someone doubts them. Damn now I wanna write this. I also wanna write the Riley one. Help.

Sloan — 3/10. She'll do anything to protect her team, right? But, if he can convince her to help him, it's an instant 10/10.
