Peter and Janine had some serious chemistry going on so that made up for the mediocre plot. I honestly sat through 15 episodes with minimum fast-forwarding just for them, and I'm so happy that every scene and dialogue between the two has been memorable and significant.

The media is actually speculating that these two might be already married. (This rumor exploded all over Taiwanese entertainment news a couple of weeks ago, and I hadn't even started on this drama!) Of course they've both denied this rumor, but I'd totally support them if it were true. And it's hard not to support them when they get along so well. Teehee. Besides, the two of them had originally been signed on to do a movie but filming was postponed. Coincidentally they then signed on for this drama as the leading couple. Well, fate works in funny ways sometimes. :P They were meant to work together.

(They also traveled to Vietnam together as ambassadors for World Vision. I'd like to think that as the start of their "relationship".)

What is Love Episode 1 thoughts

Just finished the first episode of What is Love. Not sure if I'm gonna continue with this series because I'm not really a fan of the main actress. She looks quite mature (I know she's meant to be older than Chris) but still.. I think she's a bit too old for the 'fairytale' type of love? I mean she's 32 years old in the drama... isn't she a bit too old to be so naive about waiting for 'mr right'. This is one of the reasons why In Time With You is one of my all time favourite dramas! You Ching was such an independent character and the love story was realistic. The main actress in this series seems like the my-life-isn't-complete-without-a-guy kinda girl... I understand that she's lonely and everything.. IDK I just prefer seeing girls that are more strong and independent?

OMG I knew she looked familiar!!! She's Xiao Jie's best friend in SOP Queen and Peter Ho's sister in Ring Ring Bell!!

It's Mr Du !! Lian's manager in Skip Beat! HE WAS ADORABLE IN SKIP BEAT!! He was also in Absolute Boyfriend!!

MUST I SAY I LOVE CHRIS WU !!!! I LOVE HIS HAIRSTYLE IN THIS DRAMA! I also love his style in this drama! He wears bright but soft looking colours such as pastel blue or coral coloured blazers! AWW man I wanna watch this for Chris Wu but I don't like the main girl :( ! I might skim through it or something HAHA or it may get better as the drama continues! ATM they don't display much chemistry.

I commented this on sugoideas but I find it so funny how Chris Wus character in Autumn's Concerto was 花拓也 and this drama is called 花是愛! I guess he has a special relationship with flowers (花) HAHA.
