Mark, Raj is your spirit animal
fucked up 2 meals in 2 days. It's a wonder my family can eat at all. Fuck this. I'm hiding in the corner till Raw tonight.
can't quite put my mood into words
I'm pissed off and sad and angry and frustrated and nothing really triggered it and i'm pushing my family away and I don't know what to do I've fucked everything up and now I can't look anyone in the eye and I'm hiding under a blanket right now so I don't have to see James's face because I know I've fucked up his whole day too
Let Me tell you RIGHT NOW
I will ALWAYS support my indy wrestlers. I don’t give a damn if you’re a local or national talent, I don’t care. It pisses me off so much to hear people talk down about men and women in the indys like they ain’t shit. These people work their asses off harder than you can imagine to put on a show, sometimes not even getting paid for it at all. Some of my best friends are indy wrestlers and some of the the most talented people I’ve ever seen.
So if one of my friends is selling a t-shirt to help fund their dream, you bet your fat ass that I’m buying the shit out of that. I’ll get one, Sassy gets one, Aksel Geer gets one, all of us. WE will rock the FUCK out of that shit.
Listen up, PARKERS, JABS, MANE, MISS TRASH CASSIDY.
WE GOT YOUR BACK.
Reason #438 Why I love my daughter
My child is amazing. At 7 years old, she knows what to do if Mommy has an anxiety attack. And that hurts. What happened today is just a testament to just how awesome Sassy will be when she grows up. She came home today and knew I'd been crying. And I explained to her about depression, and what it does to me. Imagine trying to explain to a child the level of sadness so deep that you can't even move. And how it comes on sometimes for no reason.
My little angel, while she didn't quite get it, she understood enough. She hugged me and said "Mommy, I love you. I know that you being sad isn't my fault, and I want you to know that I understand that. I love you and you'll always be My Mommy. I know sometimes the voices you hear tell you bad things, but they're wrong. DOn't listen to them, listen to me. I love you."
This came from a SEVEN year old. A child who shouldn't have to know about depression or anxiety but has parents with both. She is just so amazing. She's adorable, has tons of friends, and the most often thing said about her is that she's the nicest kid in class.
If I do nothing else with my life, I brought her into this world. I'm okay with that.
My favorite Doctor Who episode
Is without a doubt, The Christmas Invasion. Let me tell you why. I have rewatched every episode of New Who at elast 4 times. I can turn on any episode and within 30 second tell you what's going on and where in the series it is.
But my very first time through, (just a few months ago!) I put off watching that episode. I'm neurotic in the fact that I HAVE to watch them in order, no exceptions at least the first time through. And I was caught up so much! I absolutely LOVED Eccleston, and was devastated at the end of Parting of the Ways. I was in tears for the rest of the night. I COULD not bring myself to move on. That was MY Doctor. My first Doctor. (And I kinda hated Rose. Still not very find of her, to be honest. Sorry, not the point ) And he was GONE. And as Adorable as Tennant is, I just couldn't do it. I have never in my thirty years had a show or movie grab me and bring me in to that world so much. A few books maybe, but never tv. It took me almost 3 weeks. THREE weeks of avoiding it on Netflix, and I took it off my computer, just wasn't having it. Finally, I grabbed a box of tissues, a bottle of wine, waited until I had the house to myself, and turned on the TV.
Dammit, David Freaking Tennant won me over. God, he's adorable.
But it was also that I could relate to Rose and everyone else about losing THEIR Doctor. How I had to trust him, and believe and just roll with it. For the last 20 minutes or so, I had this huge grin on my face. I went through that journey with Rose and Mickey and Harriet Jones, Prime Minister. That episode fully changed my outlook on the whole thing. I went from being a fan to being a WHOVIAN. Also, it gave me an undying love for David Tennant.
I did have a similar experience after Journey's End and again after the End of Time, but only took a 2 day break. I love me some Tennant, but if it comes down to him or Eccleston, Tennant's going under the bus.
FINE
I'll actually sit down and watch Merlin. Thank you tumblr, and your fantastic recommendations.
Hell, it worked with Doctor Who...
