So I saw The SWTOR Spoilers for 5.9

Thoughts and MAJOR SPOILERS under the cut.

Things turned out more or less for the best. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t care or wasn’t relieved.

I may subscribe one month for closure reasons. I thought while there was an obvious plot thread left, Veselko’s storyline would probably end there.

I read a disappointing fact however -- Shara Jenn arrives in the storyline to seek revenge against Agent if they were a double agent all along (otherwise it’s the SIS Director). Ves was a double agent, so in the event that I do play this flashpoint it’s... gonna be bittersweet to see him reunited with his current lover, only for him to face his ex lover and person he still cares for.  I was pretty upset about it at first, but then resigned after some time of thinking about it.  The Republic had not been kind to Shara. Veselko joining them willingly, knowing all this, would have been a betrayal.

But I’m also disappointed to see her apparently returned to the Empire. I thought that the little quest on Rishi had tied a nice bow on her storyline. I feel it would have been much more appropriate for the old Keeper to arrive to seek vengeance against double Agent, after his life had been completely ruined and Agent openly lied to him.

But there’s not a lot I can do about it, so ugh. *THROWS HANDS UP*

I’m not entirely sure Theron dies there if you do leave him, it’s hard to say. A lot of the Edgy players are mad they couldn’t strike him down. But I don’t like that all the bisexual male characters are “killable.”

I am content with how Ves’s story arc might complete there, however.  He and Theron are both done with their double agent-ing days. He’s ready to retreat back into the shadows, but no lies this time. Surrounded by his friends and loved ones, the people he’s chosen to keep, he finally feels free.

And he has a new name, one he’s chosen for himself.

yes! honestly speaking i have read this au as angst but the format was much diff several years back

i like to think of it in this way that as the readers eye sight gradually returns , they see colours and its all so overwhelming,

for the first time they can tell their favourite things apart by colours, how rich the world is with colours and

let me add one more layer of tension to the trope :p

maybe after caleb realizes his feelings for the reader and starts falling for them but still the fading world wouldnt go back to being clear,

and thats when it hits him that they are now the one losing feelings

heres my two cents abt alt au college student! caleb

i think hes super charismatic , cool w everyone, college heart throb ,good at his major and shit

but he absolutely hates when people do him wrong and dont take him seriously.

like if u get slightly on his nerves , i kinda think we will make u regret it

i kinda hc him to be like jaeyoung from semantic error

hello... i neglected this account a bit too much bcs i was having some unpleasant feelings and hated myself for something out of my control

but im back now and i will continue posting as long as i dont get overwhelmed

alsooo i kinda think i improved in the mean time? and i have been learning animation

im v messy so i might make a post w links for all my art and im soooo excited for caleb!!!
