Okay, it is totally possible to reach Riola Spring without the Zora armor and only 1 circle of stamina.

If you start at Toto Sah shrine, there are enough outcroppings to find a path there, barring extensive rain. A little rain isn’t a problem in the areas where each ledge is just one jump up or so.
