RIP Shoep
What amazes me most about Schoep is that, at the end of the day, he was famous for being loved. He wasn't any cuter than a typical dog, he wasn't hammy or did neat tricks. He just...was really loved and cared for by his owner. Shoep was, and still is, a celebration of a person's true love for a dog. That, I think, is why the story is so inspirational.
