We made the decision this morning. Teddy had heart failure and the medications weren’t helping. He was hardly eating and not able to go tot he bathroom properly, plus the constant coughing. I had hoped the medicine would help, but I think his condition was too advanced and he just kept getting more and more complications. He’s safe with Otto now and the thought of them both running around playing together again is nice.

Teddy was always a ball of fun around people. He’d run up and give anyone a kiss if they let him. He even had the same stuffed toy all his life (sure it got really dirty and he hated when it got washed, but he was never without it). Even with all his problems, he would run around like a puppy until recently. And being deaf sure didn’t stop him from being happy. He couldn’t hear us, but you could always hear him. <3
