Winds of Change

On September 15th, 2017, myself and my boyfriend have committed to a lifestyle change.

We’re going Vegan.

I know, it’s insane. I L-O-V-E cheese. Imagine the person you know who likes the cheese the most. I like it more than them. I have said in the past that I don’t think I’m capable of eating meals without cheese (sandwiches, pasta, pizza, soups, salads even...) and now here I am, swearing off all animal byproducts.

It’s way more exciting than I ever would have expected. I’ve never been into #health or #fitness. But the thought of navigating this new dietary choice is giving me more drive. I get to try SO many new flavors and foods that I never would have considered when I could just order the mozzarella sticks and chicken wings.

Sorry for the dramatic flair, but it feels like the beginning of a new part of my life. 

The storm is coming.
