You were apart of the first group I ever stanned, and I stanned until your disbandment and even after. You went through HELL on this earth. You went through physical, sexual, and mental abuse. You went through severe bullying. You even tried to take your own life once, and now you’re really gone. I’m so fucking sorry this world was so cruel to you when you were on it. can we just talk real quick, please also share your thoughts on what im bout to say.... sulli took her life and im still in denial that someone so lovely and a joy to this world is gone forever because of bullying by the people of our society.... she just tried to live her life and so was hara. Just such bright souls with so much to offer to the world!!! im so angry and just can’t believe these beautiful people were pushed over the edge by harassment and malice.

i think the reason why i feel so strongly has to do with some previous events at work.. there was a certain day where someone’s suicide attempt was brought up to my friends at work and they had said something along the lines of “if (the roommate) wanted to kill themselves, (he/she) wouldn’t have used sleeping pills, they were probably just looking for attention..” without thinking i had stated “that’s really fucked up guys...it’s so fucked up” and i could not believe that these dear friends of mine were talking about something that’s so close to my heart in a manner that disgusted me so much... i held back my next words but inside i told myself that “i was right, this is why you guys will never understand someone like me with depression and the will to end the misery, you will look over my dead body and tell yourselves that i never gave you the chance to understand and that you had no idea it was that serious”

the reason for this story is not about me, it’s about a bigger issue surrounding the topic of compassion. nobody expects you to know what it’s like or solve our problems for us, just wanting to learn and eager to accept is the beginning to a better place for all of us.
