So I ripped my ear?

I was sizing up to 2g and the stretch went just fine, taper slid through like butter, barely even any pain, but the plug I tried to put in after had a really drastic o-ring notch and it got stuck halfway in. I kind of panicked and pulled it out, and now my earlobe is bleeding and super swollen (like Buddha earlobes swollen). I put the taper back in, but I know you're not supposed to wear them as jewelry.

Help from anyone who has stretching experience?? What do I do???
