If you think about it, Ripperdocs are modern-day 'barbers'. Back in the frontier and 'wild west' days, barbers did a lot of things. They cut hair and shaved beards, but they also treated wounds, did dentistry, amputated limbs when need be, administered meds, and some probably even delivered babies.

Context. Charles is a Ripperdoc, in addition to being physicians they install Cybernetics into people in Cyberpunk 2077. When V's talking about knowing "Where you get your parts." He's been ripping them out of other people to sell to others.

I do love how in Cyberpunk you can choose to do different things that aren't even scripted choices. A Gig may not tell you to kill someone but man if that person is just the worst you can just deal with them like a vigilante. It's a dystopian world after all so the odds of actual justice being served are rather low. This gig didn't even involve this guy he just happened to be in the clinic I was getting data from and I read his emails while lurking around. Charles is the second guy I've run into in game that in mails acts like a Tyrant, but when confronted by someone that he has zero control over just pisses himself.
