Headcanon: Dingle the Elf's voice

//Dingle greatly respects and honors North, who has thick Russian accent. Also Dingle himself was a Russian Cossack in North's bandit crew. So yes he has thick accent Russian when he speaks. He has officially the deepest voice amongst the elves and this helps since he is the right hand elf of the Pole. He can get an entire room's attention in minutes with his powerful (by elf standards) voice.

Howl had snuck into the North Pole to get a look around, he'd had only been there once and it was sorta a blur. So he decide to see it again, going through one of the big glass windows he made it inside, and what a sight it was. He marveled at the huge globe and flying contraptions, he pereched on a railing to take in the sight
