This is really hard because I love them all but, Donnie because well, look at him:

Also because what got me into rottmnt was seeing a youtube short of someone saying they were able to relate to him as someone with autism and that got me really interested because I'm a sucker for a good autistic rep. So I looked up the show and yeah .. here we are 😂🥲.

After that he ended up being my favorite from episode 1 for a number of reasons. Like his overall personality, how relatable he was, his humor, interactions with his brothers and other characters, design, character development and so much more.
