I have an oc too if you dont mind me sharing. The quirk is intravenous, or IV for short. By placing all five fingers on another persons bare skin, it creats a temporary passage through the veins. Once this is done, she can use her fat cells to create stem cells and heal a wound. It's carried through the blood to the wound where the stem cells create new flesh. She can also provide more blood(O-). Doing this takes a lot of stamina and too much can kill her. Shes a bit scared to use it tho.

yoo that’s a very good quirk to have in the rescue and support field, and makes sense on her hesitation to use it of course. a v “scientific“/ “technical“ explanation on how it works, but that’s what makes it interesting!

hmm, how did she discover her quirk? bc if she’s scared of using it, would that mean that she tried to over use it? i’m mostly guessing here ^^;;
