Coming from SRA how do you deal with some alters finding peace and calm in satanic things and have the "infinity loop" programming. While others are Christian and they clash a lot. Tried explaining some to a mental health worker. They said I need to go to church more and go to Jesus more. Not helpful at all
If the alters aren't causing any harm in their belief in satanic things then I wouldn't address the issue. Each alter has their own world view and can hold different beliefs. Due to spiritual abuse that often occurs challenging these beliefs can lead to more harm than good. If it is a safety concern and they are practicing things in this belief that cause harm address the safety aspect.
Attempting to 'convert' or change someone's belief will lead to clashes. No one likes to be told their belief is wrong or to try to be 'converted' if they haven't asked any questions. This leads to internal as well as external conflict, system stress, and sometimes a firmer belief.
Infinity loop programming is they are 'stuck' in that area, way of thinking, etc. the loop has to have an opening or break created for the alters to leave if they so choose.
If your mental health worker said you need to go to church more and go to Jesus more find another/request another mental health worker. (unless you are going to a religious organisation) It isn't helpful at all, I agree. Things are too complex to simply say 'go to Jesus.' It's insulting and a complete lack of insight.

How do they decide who to include in their programs? How do families not know, or do they? If it's okay to ask either of those questions..
Most often, children born into families that have experienced generational abuse and mind control will be selected for both ritual abuse programming and government programming. The key is their ability to dissociate, which can be passed on genetically. Abuse often occurs prior to birth and is initiated immediately and systematically during infancy. Children are tested at about 18 months of age to see if they have the proper dissociative abilities in order to undergo trauma programming. In these cases, the parents are usually aware that programming is happening and are willing participants in the abuse.
At other times, very young children are selected from day cares, foster homes, or families that have somehow been blackmailed or given incentives to sell their children for use in programming.
Most ritual abuse programming that takes place in cult groups and government programming that takes place at government facilities serve the goals of the Illuminati of creating a new world order.
Sometimes people are selected for programming that are older. Their programming will be set in via much hypnosis, if they do not have the natural ability to dissociate. Cult groups and government groups will use these people to promote their agenda also, but their programming may be more difficult to hold and maintain.
