How is this programming put in place, and how does it actually work?

The government utilizes people who are expertly trained in mind control and programming. This knowledge originated from the doctors and scientists who were brought over as part of Operation Paperclip. Usually a person has one primary programmer but is assigned several "handlers." Handlers are people who are interwoven into the person's programming. The "handlers" help manage the programmed individual and often provide a physical presence which acts to enforce the programming. The programmer will use mind-altering drugs to destabilize a person's state of mind, place them under hypnosis and insert into their mind a "program."

These "programs" consist of a preset sequence of events, often called the road map of their mission, as well as preset signals that the government will later use as triggers to activate the hidden programming and to retrieve information the individual may have been programmed to gather. For example, the government can program someone to infiltrate a group, to instigate trouble and/or just to report information back to the government.

I read Rules of Programming and it was very enlightening. There is one thing I didn't quite grasp- which was the concept of instilling inner worlds in the abused system

How is one install an inner world in a child if they cannot see the metaphorical world? For example, is the child told "there is a blue door here," or something like that?

The system is mapped using the script. I’ll use the Wizard of Oz script as an example.

The child would memorise the map of Oz.

The programmer would choose a location to place programming. For this example I’ll use Nick Chopper’s (Tin Man) palace.

The programmer would use a portion of the script to assist with building: "The grounds around Nick Chopper's new tin palace were laid out in pretty flower-beds, with tin flowers and tin fountains and statues made of tin representing the Emperor's personal friends. Dorothy was astonished and delighted to find a tin statue of herself standing on a tin pedestal at a bend in the avenue leading up to the entrance. It was life-size and showed her wearing her old gingham dress with her sunbonnet on and holding her basket, just as she had appeared when she first met the Tin Woodman. Her statue even wore a replica of the long lost Silver Shoes she had once worn. "Oh, look Toto--you're there too!" she exclaimed; and sure enough there was the tin figure of Toto at the side of the tin Dorothy's feet. She also saw tin statues of a life-size Scarecrow, the Wizard, Princess Ozma, and of many other familiar Ozians. " ―The Road to Oz (1909)

A floor plan would be shown to the child, with the request for the door blue door and other coded colours marked. The child and programmer would work with the system to memorise the castle map.

Repetition is used until the mapping in fully complete.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but what's the difference between military and government programming?

Not a stupid question. Thank you for asking for clarification.

Military programming would involve a branch of the military, Navy, Marines, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard.

Government programming is completed by various agencies outside of the military. For example a few: Defense Clandestine Service, National Security Agency, and the Department of Energy has an intelligence office.

can i ask how you know about different programming locations? not necessarily you personally, but more in the way of is there a list somewhere out there of them all? or are there signs to look for..? do programmers know all these locations? do handlers? stuff like that (totally fine if this is too personal to answer)

Over the years I’ve made a document with programming sites by researching government projects, contracts, and names mentioned in government documents.

There is a difference for me in programming sites, and high control groups that use programming.

I’ve made a document with high control groups as well.

For example I came across this LIST. I then go through it and make certain the names and locations are accurate. If they are I place them on my list if they are suspect I mark them for further research, and if they are inaccurate I leave them off.

Programmers would know some locations. Due to safety, security, and information being classified a programmer would not know all of the locations.

I look for government contracts. It’s tedious work but contracts are given to universities, hospitals, and other companies for research. The contracts will have something in common. The government separates projects, then gathers all of the results in one place. The institutions are working on a part of a whole.

Handlers will be familiar with a few locations that are related to the person who is being programmed.
