Got a new crush called Rival Karma. Found them when they supported Reignwolf in Berlin two days ago. Great beards making great music. Dancing right away. Guitar riffs, lots of noise for a two piece band “only” consisting of a guitarist,  Martin William Ross, and a drummer, Piergiorgio Ciarla. Ok, I already know that two can be just enough and more would be just disturbing. I just loved them right away. They’ve released this live session for “Chemical Courage” just yesterday. It’s taken from their EP “A.Y.N”. Just like my favourite song from their set “Wasting Time”.  Finest Rock.  It stuck with me as it includes my favourite line “Why don’t you just let me be?” with a bit of an Queens of the Stone Age influence in the way Martin sings and pronounces the words.  So, have I used the word favourite enough now? Just give them a listen and catch them live if you have the chance!
