As an insomniac who can’t afford melatonin I listen to 60s music and psychedelic rock and shit to fall asleep. Idk it makes me reach a state of being half way out of your body. Then I fling my headphones against a wall and snooze. Also I am in love with Dr horrible and Himym sound tracks!
