Why does he have camouflage colors on his quills, can he turn invisible or something?

“I have something the Dr (Eggman) called ‘Vitiligo’, it’s where the color on my fur and skin kinda loses its color in patches. It’s never bothered me much, but it gets a lot of looks.”

This gave me an excuse to draw his paws so thanks for that >:]

It's cool to meet another child of Sonic and Shadow.

Sooo, what are your powers?

Do you hang out with your dads alot?

“Hi Danny, it’s a pleasure to meet you. I also hope we can meet in the showdown, you’ve got a cool style and I think we could be friends.

When it comes to answering your question, I live with my dad (Sonic). I eat every meal with him, but then I either go outside all day or stay in the room he made for me.

Papá (Shadow) used to come around every few weeks, but recently he’s been around almost every day.

Whenever they think I’m asleep, I hear them yell at each other. I don’t know what to think about that anymore. I used to worry a lot, now I just kind of tune it out.

Power wise, I have super speed and can teleport at will, but I can only teleport to places that I have seen in person. The chip the Dr (Eggman) put in my ear gave me some abilities as well, such as being able to speak most languages and instinctively know basic science and math, but it also shocked me whenever I thought of ‘rebelling’ or when he wanted to train me to fight. I retained the abilities when I ripped it out.”

Well spotted! It’s actually kind of a sad story, I’ll let him tell it.

“Back when I was being trained under the Dr and Sage, they had me fight Metal, almost daily as I got stronger. One time I refused to keep fighting… and he kicked me pretty hard. It’s uh- a bit hard to talk about.. it made me bleed quite a bit when it happened. And nothing will grow back, because that was my second fang. I don’t.. really like Metal..”

I’m planning on making comics later when I have free time, so expect one for this moment!

Does Riven have a favorite food?

“Uhh, favorite food? Well… When the Dr had control of me, I didn’t really eat much of anything. No variety, small ‘military rations’ as he and Sage would call them. I suppose I really like fruit, specifically watermelon, but my favorite food is pizza. Dad tried to introduce me to chili dogs, but ever since the first time he gave me pizza, I think chili dogs are gross.”
