The River Tamar, Saltash, Cornwall (Explored) by Baz Richardson Via Flickr: This broad expanse of water to the north of the Tamar bridges at Saltash is where the Rivers Tamar and Tavy come together. The Tamar provides the border between Cornwall and Devon, which can be seen in the distance, along with part of Dartmoor. This sheltered anchorage is extremely popular with yachtsmen and small boat owners.
