Glasgow is so beautiful even on a cloudy day. Couldn’t manage a jog today due to my thigh muscle still being incredibly sore anytime I move it. Settled for a 3mile walk. Despite not being as motivating as jogging I still done it and go out today. Have done a Nike Training Club workout and planning another 1 or 2 after dinner to compensate for not being able to jog or swim. Kept on plan eating wise and even managed 1.5litres of water so far. Back to work tomorrow unfortunately so will need to try my hardest to stay on plan.
