“This must be confusing for you.” It was confusing for her, and she had been alive the whole time.
Growing up with Thanos, Gamora had long been intimate with the concept of death and all the ways it could be inflicted. What had been unclear was the part that came after. Was it as if she had fallen asleep, and awoken 25 years later? Or had she been in another realm, conscious the whole time, and brought back over? She had so many questions.
But, for the sake of not overwhelming the poor woman (who most likely had never even been off Earth before now, and was likely still taking it all in), she held her tongue. Instead, she slid a glass of strong-smelling liquid across the counter. “You drink?”
