HOOOLMES we gotta catch up! Okay so my landlord (soon to be ex-landlord) is a completely unprofessional SHAM OF A PERSON who is a) loud, b) intimidating, c) disrespectful, d) doesn’t fix anything, e) throws beer cans out his second story window down to the patio outside my bedroom window at 2am, f) has a radio alarm that blares at 4:30am and refuses to turn it off for at least 1 hour, g) promised us a lease when Roomie moved out and PB moved in on JULY FIRST, h) said “I need a few weeks to get it together becuase of Personal Difficulties, but i) gave us the lease on SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 27, j) raised our rent with no notice, k) blames us for the fact that there are mice everywhere even though he leaves all of the basement windows open with no screens, l) has a wife who I have never seen, and brings numerous different women up to his apartment (above ours) and has sex (which i can hear because it’s right above my room), m) gets in loud cursing fights with contractors and neighbors and other people at all hours, n) pisses off contractors so they come around and shout threats up to his windows, o) is TERRIBLE.
