“BE” PART 5 (2021 Replay) ON DECLARING THE FINISHED WORK WITH PAT RANDALL
🔆 Kintsugi 🔆 is a Japanese art form in which breaks and repairs are treated as part of the object's history. Broken ceramics are carefully mended by artisans with a lacquer resin mixed with powdered gold, silver or platinum. The repairs are visible — yet somehow beautiful. Kintsugi means "golden joinery" in Japanese • • • This practise is a beautiful metaphor to life - we have our ‘anahat’ our unstruck heart ❣ yet sometimes we feel so attached to holding something so tight. When we allow ourselves to let go, & rebuild our bowl of creativity we open this heart 💓 energy to allow greater things to be created .... • • Let go of making something fault free, be honest with the true messy nature of being human 🌈 • #notetoself #perfectionism #flow #riversoflife #gowiththeflow #openheartsurgery #kintsugi #art #makeartoflife #love #live #liberate #liferefinementtherapies #natural #healththerapies #mentoring #lifestyle (at Wollongong, New South Wales) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3QQoRMghjm/?igshid=9t5mrtn7azs4
