Eggs Benedict on Riveta

Usually, Eggs Benedict is served on warm English muffins, however I used some Riveta because I couldn't be bothered to go to the shop thought the crunchiness of the Riveta would go well with the soft smokey salmon and perfectly poached eggs. It's a pretty simple recipe when you use readymade Hollandaise sauce (I love Maille). This is all I used.

4 Riveta Biscuits 4 Poached Eggs 4 tsp Maille Hollandaise Sauce Smoked Salmon 4 pinches of Paprika

 Would have been complete if I had some chives, oh well!
