The most heart breaking moment happened to me yesterday when I walked right up to my mother and her not recognizing me. My mom is still here, but her not knowing who I was makes me feel like I've already lost her. Unfortunately, We have to move her into 24 hour care at this point because she is unable to take care of her self.. Did you know that an estimated 5.5 million Americans of all ages have Alzheimer's disease, and is continually growing..
