I’m a big fan of the idea that the “Ant” in Ant Tenna isn’t actually short for Anthony or anything. But people think it is. You’ll call him Anthony and he’ll just be confused

“Hey, Anthony!”

“Howdy- wait what?”

“…Ant isn’t short for Anthony?”

“No. It’s just Ant. What? Never met a guy named Ant before?”

Alternatively I may write this at some point despite it not being what I headcanon:

It’d be so funny if it is short for Anthony.

One day he sprints into Anthony Tenna’s TV Time Studios, opening the doors so hard they crack the walls behind them. The employees are all horrified and confused when they see that he looks excited rather than pissed. He bounces in excitement, shaking the room.

“FOLKS!! I JUST realized if I SHORTEN MY NAME!!! It’ll be ANT TENNA!! Get it?? Like ANTENNA!! Isn’t that COOL!? Change ALL the signs RIGHT NOW we are REBRANDING!!!”

I’m trying to piece together the story of Kingdom Hearts based on the real time fandub. I’ve never played the game and I don’t know much about it in general. I know it’s a Disney and something I can’t remember the name of crossover. The kid’s name is Sora (which I learned from the dub)
