XIII’s debut album No [The Relative Effect of Explanation] is described as being suspended between a “primitive analogue world and the depths of a cybernetic one.” That also describes the video for lead track ‘Laguna’, as Riyo Nemeth (Actress, Palmistry) scans the detritus of a cybernetic sea floor. The LP is due out on April 27 via Turin’s Gang of Ducks.
