Lyrical Nanoha

I love these ridiculously powerful kids! Nanoha understands what it’s like feel alone, and have to grow up to fast, so she empathises with Fate the moment she sees those “beautiful, lonely eyes.” 

Fate is an abused child who puts gaining her mother’s love over even her own well-being. But she find the love she’s been looking for in the girl who continues to try and reach her every time they meet. She can’t understand it at first, but gradually reaches out in return, and they form a life-long partnership. It’s amazing and inspiring on so many levels. <3
