saturday mornings||jye&myg
facial expression blank, legs thrown over the top of the couch, a finished cereal bowl on the table next to him, and his right hand holding a loose grip on a remote as he watched tv shows more pointless than a broken pencil was how yoongi liked to spend his saturday mornings. lazy, but comfy. unproductive, but calming.
after going through a week of tiring things, rest was all yoongi could hope for and want. he glanced over at the clock which seemed like it had not moved in forever. the apartment was quiet, only source of sound coming from the television set. sure, residing in an empty apartment could be lonely at times, but he didn’t mind it too much. he had just absently mindlessly finished another episode of show me the money and he was already on his way to the next. there wasn’t much to complain about in yoongi’s life.
no worries was his way of living and he wasn’t planning on changing that any time near soon.
he heard a ring coming from his apartment buzzer. getting up from his comfortable position on the couch and dusting himself off, he went to go answer it wondering who it could possibly be. the screen monitor showed yeeun- an unexpected visitor, but surely not a surprising one. the girl was a very good hometown friend of yoongi’s and it was pretty frequent for her to show up to his place for no reason other than to chill without the worry of satoori showing. after buzzing to let her in, he tidied up the living room. it wasn’t much of a mess, but a little bit of adjusting was necessary.
by the time he heard a knock on his door, yoongi had just finished up. the black haired male opened the door as wide as the grin on his face. “what brings you to this part of the neighborhood this time?”
