Eunji here. I couldn’t update last week due to a cold. I’m feeling much better now though. It gave me time to think and appreciate life and how great it is to live without a stuffy nose 24/7. I also got time to catch up with some of my favorite singers and actors through the V app. I seriously love that thing. My studies have been going well but I need to study more. T.T
I hope you all had a fantastic week. I heard some kpop singers are coming back with new singles soon. Who are you looking forward to seeing? I know who I’d like to see.

Week 18: Eunji 8/23/15
Good afternoon. I’ve been working more toward my goal this week of consuming more water and I’m getting great results. I feel better and my strength training is beginning to show. I can do more sit-ups and push-ups and my dance moves look better too. Here are my stats:

Week 8: Eunji- June 13,2015
Dancing is my favorite form of exercise. I love moving and listening to music so dancing is the perfect workout for me. When I dance it doesn’t seem like a workout because it’s so fun. I focus on the music and my movements and before I know it 40 minutes to an hour has gone by and I’ve burned over 300 calories. I normally dance whenever I feel like it; in the mornings, in the evening, in the afternoon. I dance whenever I feel compelled to do it. It’s not really exercise to me it’s a fun release.

This week I got to meet more trainees. I am back to eating more fruit and I have gotten back into my healthy routine. I still have to work on it a bit but it is still much better than last week. I got back on my exercise routine too after taking a break from it and boy was I sore…but that’s what happens when you don’t stay on your toes. I hope everyone had a wonderful week. Remember to not give up and to push yourself but not too hard okay!

Hello everyone, Eunji here! This week I didn’t exercise as much as I did last week but, that was okay because I needed to rest. My body was sore so I took the time to rest and boy did it help. I hope you all had a wonderful week. Here are my stats for the week.

Hello and welcome to RMEntertainments first MoonStar Monday!
We happily look back the last two weeks, where this project just began and even through we still have to optimise and organise a lot, we still found trainee's that where willing to go this way with us. We have found really lovely trainee's that work hard and try to slowly change their habits to a healthier lifestyle.
This is the 1st MoonStar Monday, but we hope that there are many to come and that every MoonStar Monday reflects the hard work of each trainee in a beautiful light towards their dream to live a healthy lifestyle and being happy with themselves in every way.

We are currently working and looking into your suggestion of the KKT Group App, where we have already run some tests :)
Also We are working on a system that allows us to integrate groups into MSMonday – debuts and comebacks inclusive and manager/trainee/stylist-mini challenges that will be uploaded randomly, when Rui and i find the time to make them, they will be random, since we can't promise to upload one every week due to school and university!
Another thing we need to think about is the ranking system, since many of you didn’t go with the weight category, we will need to rethink about the categories and the all-kills.
