There is this small restaurant in Castro called @lardoisebistro at the corner of Noe and Henry Sts., opposite a sushi restaurant we used to go. Each time we pass by it, it’s chock full. Walk-in seems just impossible, and yet when we are not in the area, we forget about it. That is, until Mme. @beatriceamblard (leather artisan extraordinaire and my teacher) raves about it; the owners are her friends. Finally a few nights ago we placed an order, through their curbside pick up service. Walk-in may be difficult, but now walk-by to pick it up allows us finally to taste their truly delectable offerings (and we’re hooked!) Merci à toi, Béa, pour la surprise; ça nous a plu. Mme.
