Are your commissions still open? I've been going through your art and I am OBSESSED with your style it's so good!!
yeah my commissions are still open :) i have all my commission info here
also thank you <3
what differentiates eating stuff like bugs from eating stuff that would deem an animal carnivorous? is it the endo vs exo skeleton?
if an animal eats primarily insects it can technically be called insectivorous, though that’s still under the carnivorous umbrella!
a glitch powered by a novakid brand, and a floran that's gained novakid traits? like how the big god dude at the end revives you, and novakids are fragments of them!
this one took a bit longer than expected bc i forgot to save the glitch one before i closed the thing i made it in lmao-tuna
late but! knight fused with pitaya? i love me some enemies to lovers
shes firey! Shes both the dragon, the knight AND the princess in the tower
your art makes me think of being a sickly young child in a gothic victorian thing, but like, in a good way! i love it!
LOL thanks! that sums up my style pretty well.
looking at certain bugs makes my paranoia spike n makes it feel like there's bugs on me but seeing them in such a positive light is really helping with deterring that sensation! i love this blog!
2/4: oh oh also! i'm making a bunch of fakemon and a few of them are gonna be fun bugs! like a cecropia moth with real eyes on its wings, or a larva that evolves into a crane fly when female or a cellar spider when male - both bugs sometimes called daddy longlegs!
3/4: another thing!! are you familiar with pokemon? if so, what's your favorite bug pokemon? i like volcarona (atlas moth mixed with a tiger lily), golisopod (giant isopod samurai), and scolipede (giant centipede that's kinda horselike)! not a bug type, but i also think lurantis being a GRASS type mimicking a bug is really neat since it's an orchid mantis!
4/4: one last ask sorry!! did you know pokemon was inspired by the creator's special interest, bug collecting?
Hi! I’m so glad all the nice bugs are helping you. I used to get a similar feeling from house centipedes but now I think they’re dang cute so it’s definitely a feeling that can be overcome.
I don’t know anything about pokemon, but your fakemon sound like really cool ideas. Feel free to share them after they’ve been created!
I know every time pokemon is brought up in an ask, people get very jazzed up, so I’m sure some of my followers can share their own fav pokemon bugs in the comments.
And no, I didn’t know that, but that’s very cool! Bugs, it seems, are a super common special interest and that makes me happy.
I have tons of sketches I wish to color but just settle on a select few. While ya’ll wait here are some of pitaya and @rnainframe‘s knight cookie
