Sorry for the late reply, been miserable fighting through a cold brought on by the subzero polar vortex the past few days, and hardly feel like doing anything right now. ^^;

Not sure if you are just specifically looking for just the early concepts of the Megaman form itself, early Geo, or someone else specific, so I’ll just focus on our hero in this post for now.

The final scan, from the Capcom Special Selection, doesn’t really add much new. Rather, it mostly has slightly altered variations on the concepts from the OCW. I don’t know how exactly popped collar Rockman would be the best battle armor, per se, but his style points would have been on par with Michael Jackson Thrilling Shootingstarwalker jacket Geo. Just imagine those threads in combo as actual in-game design!

All in all, though, I think it’s safe to say they got it right with the officially-used design, and it’s minor evolution throughout the series.
