The town's share of the cost will approximately $10,000. it is estimated. The government will pay 40 per cent., and the townships of Sandwich East and Sandwich South from $2,000 to $6,000.
The road is under the jurisdiction of a commission composed of J. H. Coburn,. J. A. McDougallm. and Mayor C. W. Hoare. The commissioners will be notified by the clerk that the council considers the time now opportune to complete paving of the Walker road.
