*Flying* with the Air Treks was something of powerful experience. The boy had simply pounded the air all the time in his past, but getting to use the technology to roll around the surfaces made all of a it more dance-like. He felt like he was discovering something special he could not have ever discovered otherwise.

Close to him was some other boy, probably doing his daily practice, who Mariscrow tried to imitated at times for fun, even though it was quite difficult. That boy had to be some special Run of his own, like Emily had talked about.

“Can’t you see I’m a bit busy?” So says the man that was wading through a pond in order to pull out a pair of boots for his AT that were floating in the water. A couple of sore losers had certainly gotten their laughs worth when the scruffy man had won the fight, but they threw his prize into the waters just to see him ‘take a bath’. Not that it really mattered to Shin....Or at the very least, he was more so worried about the parts and what it’d take to dry them. Typical of Shin, to not even think about how soaked he was getting.

With his AT settling just outside of the fountain, hearing someone approach Shin’s attention understandably shifted to protectively guard his AT as he picked up one of the floating boots. Blue eyes set on the individual, not parting his gaze from them for a second.

The brunette merely shook her head at his question. “That wouldn’t be wise.” she said as she made a turn at the next intersection.

“As far as the small parts go, Air Trecks are customizable so you can add different things to them in order to make them more or less yours and can help you in Parts Wars, should you be interested in them. Also the more you use them, the more likely they’ll break down so it’s good to have extra parts in order to repair them.”

“Eh. I know a guy that can exceed that.” she said with a smile. “But he’s more of a speed-class rider. And there’s a way to exceed that.”

She laughed slightly. “You’re welcome though I do seem to recall how you didn’t need my help to begin with.”

“Someone that runs riding on Air Trecks.” she said with a smile. “So they actually encouraged you to get a pair, that’s actually different. Normally people think it’s some kind of gang thing or whatever.”

She shrugged her shoulders. “I could teach you how to use them if you want.”

Emily’s A-T’s moved with every kick she made in the air to go forward. With every movement she made, she went a little faster with the wind blowing at her back. It was a freeing moment for her and mainly the reason Air Trecks existed in the first place: making people feel free.

As she “ran” through the park she saw a familiar face and waved as she approached him. “Hey, did you get lost again?” she teased.
