Had the chance but lost it. Again.
Its really hard to be consistent. In the last couple of month I haven’t been working out. I had the chance to get my waist line to 34 inches last October. I took up Muay Thai and had a great time, but it is way to pricey to maintain. 2500 a month ain’t cheap at all. Unfortunately after stopping I did not follow it up with anything at all. That and eating like a pig (exaggerated) does not result to anything good. Now, I’m back to 37 inches/ 80kg. Shit, I know. Started the day doing nothing, but was able to convince myself to jog for 25 minutes tonight. MEALS Breakfast: Oatmeal, Cheese Stick Lunch: Pork Sinigang, 1 cup Rice Snack: Corn, Hard boiled Egg.
