I’m going to start an online journal regarding my way to fitness to monitor myself and keep me motivated throughout the journey.
I hope writing will ease the boredom that comes with exercise and diet. Which I believe is the biggest struggle of all.
On to day one: I started the day with running the threadmill for 10 mins and walking for another 10. I’ve lost my stamina due to lack of exercise. I’m looking forward to improving this.
Going to update this later for my meals. As of now, 1 rice, 1eggplant (torta) and coffee (kopiko). For lunch: half rice, cabbageMerienda: 1 slice pizza, 1 glass coke, 1 spaghetti, 1 pcs chicken, and fries. WOW.
