Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chickpeas. 3 cloves garlic. 2 tbsp lemon juice. 1/4 cup marinated and roasted tomatoes. 1/4 tsp cumin. Salt to taste. 2 tbsp water adjust for consistency.
Instructions: Put the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, roasted and marinated tomatoes, cumin, and salt in a food processor. Add water as needed to get the consistency you want and blend until smooth. Check the seasoning and make changes if needed. Pour extra virgin olive oil over the top and sprinkle smoked paprika on top. Serve with chips or your favorite vegetables.
