Day 6: What band or musician is most important to you?- That is a really hard question actually. All of the music I listen to connects to me in some way, hence why they are my favourite songs. If I had to choose I would say that it would be Robb Nash. He is an inspiration and talks about suicide and depression. Although I have never self harmed or attemted suicide, he has halped my friends and many other people.

So today Robb Nash came to our school and I was amazed. He made me and all my friends feel like we could really be something and that it's ok to have bad days,weeks, months. He showed us how much of a difference just telling someone you care can make, and he certainly proved it with me. Not only did he take time during our school hours (when we were supposed to go back to class) to talk to me and my friends individually but after the show he had again tonight we were the last people he saw and he chatted with us again. I'm so glad he came to our school, I can honestly say that I will look forward to every day, he told me to make a difference, to share my story, and for everyone to share their stories. To not focus on the let downs, and disappointments and failures but the little achievements you make. I can honestly say Robb changed my life and I can't thank him enough. You see Robb is just a guy who had a terrible accident who went through hell just like many of you guys on here, he thought he was useless and unwanted and wanted to end it all, but he made a choice. He choose to make a difference in the lives of others to help those who felt as low or maybe even lower and worse than him. Robb May not be a super hero but he is to me and he didn't need superpowers to make a change. All he needed was a big heart and to listen.
