I’m tired rn so some of this might not be articulated super clearly, but I want to see Robert and Magnus interact. 

Magnus would despise Robert- who does he think he is, coming here and trying to manipulate the people Magnus already has in the palm of his hand? 

Robert is such a wild card, it’s a little hard to predict how he would respond, but I feel he would try to manipulate Magnus right back, until they’re both entangled in a terrible web of worsening manipulation until something explodes, either figuratively or literally.

Robert: Well, I-

Jane: Shut up!

Jane: I've got a nice little word exercise for you: Get to the point!

Robert: Tempting, but have you considered this affirmation: No?

Jane: How are you such a nightmare?!

Robert: Years of practice!

Robert: You know what I just realized? Jane: That some of your thoughts are better left unsaid? Robert: Nice try, anyway-
