This easy-going mixture of pisco, the clear brandy that hails from Peru and Chile, and the soft, lightly sweet blanco vermouth, makes for a lovely apertivo-style cocktail.
2 ounces pisco
1 ounce blanco vermouth
3 dashes orange bitters
Combine ingredients in mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop into the glass.
